Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, processing may take a bit longer. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $25 within the continental U.S.
Shipment Tracking
• After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.
International Shipping
• At this time, LuViCal Candle Co. only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Damaged or Lost Packages
• LuViCal Candle Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
