Return and Refund Policy
At LuViCal Candle Company, we take pride in the quality of our candles and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Please provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to process your return.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
• If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your item.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
• Custom or personalized items.
